Explanations

This information is provided on the web without charge and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. While every effort will be made to keep this information up to date, detailed information is best obtained directly. Please feel free to contact me.

In order to reach as broad an audience as possible with as much accuracy as possible, this information may be freely distributed by others provided the above conditions are met. These are the reasons for these conditions:

  1. Notice: by having this notice intact on all copies of this information regardless of medium or intermediary each recipient understands the terms of distribution.

  2. Content: it has been my experience that some placement firms exercise liberal editorial license with the resumés they (re)distribute. I understand the importance of appearance as well as clarity and brevity and I have no problem with someone creating their own summary of who they think I am based on this work so long as this work is cited. This requirement assures the reader that the information is presented to the best of my ability to present it, rather than as interpreted by someone who has probably never met me. Anyone with suggestions or criticisms are encouraged to forward their comments to me.

  3. Association: MileStone Solutions, Inc. is my employer and sole representative for contract employment. MileStone was formed to provide this service for myself and the co-founder, and while most business relationships are direct corporate contracts, we have worked in sub-contracting arrangements. There have been times when placement firms have neglected to fully represent this situation to their clients, or have allowed their clients to infer a deeper or closer relationship between myself and their organization than actually exists. It is in the best interests of the client to minimize any confusion in this area.
